Pizza Hut India ‘Brand Refresh’

Pizza Hut had traditionally struggled in India, and Creativeland took over the brand duties in October 2019 and launched its 99/ 199 campaign.

For the refresh, Youtube sensation Bhuvan Bam was picked strategically as our icon as our key delivery mediums would be digital – targeting the youth. We shot similar content using Bhuvan and other artists during our TVC shoot and created a bank for social content from topical to relevance to performance for almost a year.

Brand Track Score post the campaign was very encouraging. Spontaneous Recall jumped to 52. Future Consideration increased by 10 points. Dominos also had a Diwali campaign, “Dil Dosti Dominos”; however Pizza Hut 99 / 199 Campaign scored 25 points over Dominos. Overall, TOM recall increased by 12 points
