Mentos ‘Say Hello’

‘Say Hello’ on Mentos roll-packs was a limited-edition campaign, rooted in the insight of forging ‘new connections’ central to the Mentos brand.

Mentos over the last few years have helped establish ‘fresh connections’ through Compliments (Campaign with compliments printed on the packaging), Social queues (a social experiment connecting people through Mentos in a row) and ‘re-forging connections’ during (Aug 2020) friendship day.

‘Say Hello’ with an industry-first feature of ‘emoticons’ printed on candies was hence a step further in this direction to strengthen consideration and consumption KPIs. The mobile-first approach within digital mediums was paramount for GenZ's media strategy.
