It will be the responsibility of the exiting employee to ensure all outstanding and unbilled (billing/ invoices) are completed or handed over to the concerned Business Head 15 days before their last working day. The detailed handover must include documents with all the pending jobs, outstanding vendor payments, and client and vendor contact details. Reporting manager will assign a person to whom The exiting employee shall provide the handover. Once the handover is complete, the HR team will initiate the F&F. While serving the notice period; an employee cannot take any leaves.
On the last working day, the employee must hand over all company assets to the admin. Any damage/theft caused to the asset will be the employee's liability and will be settled in the F&F.
HR will complete the full settlement within 45 days from the last working day, provided the handover is completed and signed off and the exiting employee signs off the F&F calculation.
After the last working date of the employee, HR will send the F&F working for the employee’s signature and acceptance. Only on receiving the signed copies of the working, the F&F payment will be released. If there is a shortfall in the notice period, the days missed will be deducted from the F&F.
Leave during Notice Period
Given the context of our unlimited leave policy, employees are not eligible under any circumstances to avail of leave during notice periods. Leave availed during this period will lead to an extension of the period of notice.
