Mumbai Goes Upside Down

On the 26th of May, the world celebrated being turned Upside Down – the return of the 4th season of Stranger Things. The Gateway of India was chosen as the location for the Indian projection by Creativeland Asia. An immersive experience was planned for fans, influencers, and the press, from a one-of-a-kind bus ride to customised food and a visual spectacle with a light show and curated music. Select influencers and media personalities were invited to the Taj Land’s End and were taken on a unique experience via a customised bus to the Gateway of India. At the Gateway of India, they, alongside tens of thousands of eager fans, were greeted by Eleven and her friends, appearing in larger-than-life rifts. They were showcasing a glimpse into what can be expected in the upcoming season.

The Upside Down took over 14 countries through 15 landmarks, including NYC’s Empire State Building, Duomo Square in Milan, Kuala Lumpur’s Menara, Al-'Ula in Saudi Arabia, and Wawel Castle in Krakow, and the Guggenheim Museum amongst others.
